Spent a very beautiful afternoon with this gorgeous and crazy fun family! They kept me laughing the entire time and their joy was contagious!
Ray & Roberta ~ your girls are amazingly gorgeous and I’m so glad I was able to totally capture their personalities! I can’t believe how fast they’ve grown up!

All I can say is, “Wow!” Just returned from an amazing weekend in Leavenworth, WA where I had the awesome opportunity to take a photography workshop with Zach & Jody Gray. I had heard so many great things about Zach & Jody, had seen them on CreativeLive, and have also followed their blog (geez – I kinda sound like a stalker!), so when I discovered they were actually doing a 2012 Workshop series (#INCAMERAtour), I just knew I had to be a part of it!
This 2-day workshop was jam packed with incredible class time in the morning, followed by hands-on shooting, followed by more class time in the evening. While the days were quite long (about 10-11 hours), they seemed to fly by soooo fast (actually, way too fast!). I’m still amazed at how much I learned during this workshop …
Below are a few of my favorite images from the 2-day workshop – some with all natural light and some with OCL (off-camera lighting)! And, not only did we have truly beautiful (and sweet) models to work with, the weather was simply perfect!
It is truly my hope (and dream) to have Zach & Jody come to the Redding area (maybe next year??) to share their mad photography skills and incredible business minds with our community! Hope springs eternal!
